May certainly flew by, and we’re already going into various June events. For one, Father’s Day is right around the corner, and if you haven’t figured out your Father’s Day plans, here is an event to help you celebrate and honor dad this Father’s Day.

Father's Day at Orange County Regional History Center

If Dad is a serious history buff — and we mean History Channel and reading “The Art of War” kind of guy — then maybe you want to take him to Orange County Regional History Center. Just visit the museum from noon – 5 p.m., and all dads get in FREE on Father’s Day!

Discover 12,000 years of Florida history at the Orange County museum. Take tour of the beginnings of Florida with intricate studies of the landscape, flora, and features. The key players to the development and discovery of Florida lie with the first inhabitants; learn about the Native Americans, and discover how the landscaped changed when the Spanish first came to Florida.

The museum also covers other unique and educational ideas and events in the Florida landscape. Come visit with us on Father’s Day for this FREE event available to all Orlando dads. For more information, visit the Orange County Regional History Center for details, or give them a call at (407) 836-8500.
