Pet Etiquette At Pebble Creek at Lake Mary
Pet Etiquette For Pebble Creek at Lake Mary Apartments
When you’re searching for a new apartment that not only caters to your needs, you also want to make sure your fur babies are welcome too! Pebble Creek at Lake Mary apartments caters to our residents’ pets as well with dog walking areas, so they can get out and have some fun. You also want to be aware of any policies or pet guidelines for our pet-friendly community. Here are some tips, thanks to the Times Union blog, for proper pet etiquette in our walking areas.
- Pick up your pets mess - Strongly advocated by all pet owners, picking up your pet’s waste is helpful to your neighbors and other animals. The remnants left behind (no pun intended) is not a pretty sight or smell. So be kind and pick up after them.
- Watch for other residents – Stay on the look out for joggers or other dogs walking through the complex. Often, dogs can grow excited at the sight of other people or animals, so be courteous and leave some space between you and the other person or pet.
- Make sure they go in the appropriate areas – Make sure your pet is doing his duty in the appropriate areas, and not in front of someone’s path or walking trail from their door to their car. Also a “no-no!”
